The mobility concept for the Lindgens site in Cologne-Mülheim, which we prepared in 2021, will be adapted and optimized due to changes in the general conditions.
The BERNARD Gruppe will update parts of the mobility concept by taking into account new framework conditions. The new parking space regulation of the city of Cologne forms an important starting point as it sets the current parameters for parking space requirements for cars and bicycles. The required bicycle parking spaces will be allocated to the building plots. Bicycle parking spaces for special bikes and charging facilities for pedelecs will also be assigned. Finally, the existing bike and car sharing services in the surrounding area will be analyzed, and further aspects of the mobility concept of 2021 will be checked for up-to-dateness.
