The BERNARD Gruppe is preparing a traffic report on the development of the wholesale market area in Munich Sendling.

The city council of Munich has decided to develop a high-quality, inner-city quarter for the entire wholesale market area. In a first step, the sites of the wholesale market will be bundled and housed in a new two-storey hall.

The BERNARD Gruppe will prepare a traffic study as part of the binding preliminary building permit. Based on the assessment of future traffic volumes, the capacity of the intersections will be examined, and information will be provided on the structural design of the connection to the site.
