In the “Strangen II” planning area, a residential area with 48 single-family, semi-detached, and terraced houses was built as the second stage of development of the already completed “Strangen I” neighborhood. For the planning, the additional traffic was determined and the traffic and noise impacts were assessed. The results were incorporated into traffic studies, performance reports, and noise assessments in accordance with DIN 18005 and DIN 4109. Finally, noise protection specifications and a comprehensive report were prepared for the political committees.
