The goal in the context of the mobility turnaround in Cologne is to expand the capacity of the light rail system. To this end, individual traffic is to be reduced by expanding the environmental network (pedestrians, cyclists, public transport). BERNARD Gruppe has been commissioned by the City of Cologne to carry out an interdisciplinary traffic study and to provide general planning services for traffic facilities, traffic engineering and heavy storms.
