The BERNARD Gruppe was commissioned to prepare technical reports for the submission for the Pinnnisbach power plant’s final acceptance under water law. The BERNARD Gruppe is already responsible for permit application design, tender design, and execution design.
The project comprises the preparation of a technical report including hydrological principles, hydraulic calculations and an energy-economic assessment of the plant. Our interdisciplinary team will prepare all documents relevant to the acceptance process and ensure a structured, comprehensible and complete documentation. The work is based on the existing permit application, tender, and execution documents, which are being updated and adapted.
An essential part of the service is the detailed description of the power plant, in particular of the plant components, pressure loss calculations, determination of the head, and assessment of the control energy capacity. In addition, we systematically maintain compliance with all ancillary provisions of the water law notices in the take-over certificate. The BERNARD Gruppe is responsible for the preparation of all relevant drawings and design documents: from overview maps and longitudinal sections to floor plans and sections of the central components such as the water intake, powerhouse, and return line.
With this project, the BERNARD Gruppe is delivering a complete package for the final acceptance under water law that is suitable for the authorities – well-founded, comprehensible and at the highest professional level. In this way, we are making a sustainable contribution and are once again demonstrating our role as reliable engineers for energy, infrastructure and the environment.
