Our solution enables the simultaneous recording and processing of large-scale and multiple cross-sections, for example at intersections, roundabouts, or free-flowing roads, as well as for cyclical vehicle counts. At the same time, AI-supported camera systems at traffic lights can permanently record the traffic volumes, flows and directions of road users and integrate them into the microscopic control system.
A significant advantage over conventional induction loops is the noticeable reduction in one-off and ongoing civil engineering costs. The camera-based system also enables TLS-compliant and direction-based detection of all road users. If necessary, vehicle characteristics can be documented in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Thanks to automated evaluation algorithms, the recorded traffic data is available in tabular and graphical form. Open interfaces also ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
