Grid expansion for the transition to renewable energy

Since 2020, the BERNARD Gruppe has been working in supra-regional projects concerned with the expansion of extra-high voltage power grids. The transition to renewable energy is bringing additional momentum to grid expansion projects.

In Europe, it is in full swing. The prerequisites for this must be created. On the one hand, energy generation from renewable energy sources must be increased and, on the other, the power grids must be adapted to the new conditions. To take account of this dynamic market, the BERNARD Gruppe has created the new “Grids” division, in which all planning activities relating to the expansion of the power grid are bundled.
