The BERNARD Gruppe was commissioned by ASFINAG with the local site supervision of the noise protection project on the S16 Arlberg Schnellstraße.
ASFINAG intends to construct noise barriers close to the eastern feeder road of the S16 near Flirsch. The new noise barriers will be built in the area of two bridges, which are located at the eastern feeder road of the S16 near Flirsch and on the valley crossing from the Flirscher tunnel to the Hohe Riefe gallery.
In the project area, the noise emissions for the neighboring residential areas will be reduced by means of approx. 2,400 m² of newly erected noise barriers. In addition, the edge beams of the affected bridges will be renewed as part of this measure.
The BERNARD Gruppe is involved in the implementation of the project with the services of bid evaluation and local site supervision.
